Description
It seems browsers used to have link bar support. I've not seen this personally in browsers, but it seems incredibly usefull.
Basically this would be an "up" and "down" button in the navigation controls to jump to the next/previous section on a webpage.

In SeaMonkey on Linux it looks like this (German locale). Trac even supports some of the links apparently.
