Description
This USB audio device also causes the CPU to loop and makes the mouse extremely jittery.

When I insert the audio card into the USB port, it is immediately recognized. When I select the audio card and restart the media service, the system enters a loop and makes the operating system and mouse unusable.

It looks like there is a lot being sent to the syslog, but I don't actually see any such "spam" in the syslog you have uploaded. Can you to get another which actually contains the error messages?

Sure, here is the translation of your Italian text into English:
I performed the following steps:
I updated Haiku. I cleared the syslog. I inserted the USB audio card. In Media Preferences, I selected the USB audio card. I restarted the media service. At that point, the CPU started to loop and after a few seconds I disconnected the USB audio card and everything went back to normal.
