[Webpositive] Limit width of the Settings window.

Description
The Settings window gets way too wide when Locale is set to certain languages.
It gets around 2x wider if using Spanish, for example (problem get worse with increasing font sizes, of course).
The problem seems to be with the text shown as example for the fonts ("The quick brown fox [...]" in English... and the longer "El pingüino Wenseslao [...]" in Spanish).
It should do like the Appearance preflet does, and wrap the text so the window remains of a reasonable size.
