Telegram 5.4.1-1 crash when is no internet connection

Description: Telegram 5.4.1-1 crashes when the internet connection is lost.

Repro steps (100%):

• put a phone as hotspot, 4G/5G mobile data connection and create an access point
• connect to the hotspot
• open Telegram 5.4.1-1
• make a phone call from another device to the one with hotspot or close the internet connection by disabling mobile data connection by hand

Result: telegram crashes

Note: Telegram works perfect with version 5.4.1 in the same conditions. The crash started with 5.4.1-1
