[Tracker] UI: Fixed black/gray status colours when copying

When copying files, there's a Tracker status windows that pops up. Items above the progress bar have, as they should, panel_text_colour, items under the progress bar (destination, progress status, and others) are always black or gray)

A way to visualize it would be to pause a big copy operation (several large files). If your system is fast, you may prefer the method use to obtain the screenshot.

I'm just noticing another thing odd... In bottom right status, is 5838270 supposed to be the year?
