Description

As can be seen on the attached screenshots, at 12:07 the hours hand is still slightly behind the 12 hours notch. At 12:16 it looks more consistent, so it moves about right, but there is a small miscalculation of the angle.

Reproduces on both hrev58124 and r1beta5.
