Description
Haiku on the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011) is unstable. The kernel panics on idling, and the keyboard does not work in the debugger. Several components on Haiku do not work, such as keyboard shortcuts, keyboard brightness, sleep, lid closing, and proper graphics.

Because the primary issue in it (KDL on idle) is a duplicate of #14564. The other things you mention are tracked elsewhere (or aren't implemented yet on any hardware, like sleep.)
