Scrollbars are not aligned to the scrollbar resizer

Description

Scrollbars on any window are not aligned correctly with the scrollbar resizer. This detracts from the visual presentation of the application's current window.

This is happening because the size you have chosen for the window tab font is larger than that of the view font.

Not sure what the right thing to do here would be. I guess the internal window elements should be sized according to the view font.
