[pkgman] Report more data about installed packages

Description
pkgman info <name> currently provide an abstract description of a package only. Giving more data would be very helpful.
The first thing it should additionally report is the installation status of the package. If the package is installed, the installed version, package creation date, installation date and storage usage should be reported.
If a newer revision is known, then the latest known version, packaging date and storage usage of that new version should follows. A note regarding the availability of a "source" package could optionally be added.
