Description
Currently B_CONTROL_BACKGROUND_COLOR is used explicitly for The Button, and not for other controls.
Other controls seem to use B_PANEL_BACKGROUND_COLOR, In addition the useage in Button is heavily tinten.
The default B_CONTROL_BACKGROUND_COLOR should be changed, and all controls should use it.
