When Dragging & Dropping the icon into FileType's Icon panel the preview doesn't display correct.
This particular icon type work in other places in system.
Only this icon type is triggering bug.
Other icon file types work correctly.
The icon is displayed correctly at the left-hand side panel.
The icon is displayed correctly by the Tracker.

I checked again, it seems there is one more condition that triggers this bug: Plain Font have to be at or over 24 size.
