Context menus created by Tracker add-ons not displayed in main menubar

Description
In the past the extra Tracker menus created by add-ons like TrackGit and TrackRunner were shown in the main menubar when browsing files. Typically there were added after the "File", "Window", and "Attributes" menus.
This was always a bit of a buggy feature as the context menus often didn't appear when you initially started browsing files. Clicking on the menubar would make them appear. However, now I'm unable to get the extra menus to appear at all.
