Desktop context menu items change positions

Description
Recently, when a Tracker add-on which creates menus is installed then the order of the Desktop menu items changes after the first right click. This can be seen when add-ons like TrackGit or TrackRunner are installed.
This only occurs in the Desktop context menu and not the menu shown while right clicking in a folder. The menus start in the correct position on the first click but then change order on the second click and then stay in that position.
