Description
On href58648, when dragging files around, the text of the file names is completely unreadable. In some cases it is black, which is not visible on a dark background, in some cases it is transparent.

The issue in the first screenshot with list mode not showing the label when not dragging from the first item fixed in hrev58659. The issue in the second screenshot has always been an issue, but I've made the fade rect a bit bigger in https://review.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/9013 and made the opacity of the text a bit darker in https://review.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/9014 which should address the worst of the problems here. For when there are still issues reading dragged items, turning on text outlines in Background should work better for cut and dragged items after hrev58659.
