Description

I've seen haiku deadlock after printing "CPU 3 halted!" to serial output.

Normally, this would be followed by CPU 2, 1 and drop into KDL, but it doesn't.

Seen with hrev25523 and again today with hrev25553.

Happens randomly.

Not observed for a long time, I guess this is fixed.
