modal windows and and ibeam

Description

it seems that in some modal windows cursor wrongly changed to ibeam. Steps to reproduce. Start Tracker. Open Haiku volume. Try to rename beos folder. Move your mouse above popuped warning window. Tested with rev16568 under vmware.

Works here, probably fixed in one of the recent commits.
