[intel_extreme] can't boot Haiku unless I use fail-safe video mode

Description
Haiku wont boot to desktop unless i select "Use fail-safe video mode" option.
If I don't select this option Haiku will freeze when loading app_server showing black screen with some noisy intel_extreme lines telling something about pll.

I think we could close this as a dup of #3149, as it have better description.
