Description
When reducing the size of the window, it shrinks too quickly
When enlarging the window, it often forgets the mouse move unless you move a great distance

Magnify resized the window during user triggered window resizing - the app_server now ignores programmatic changes during that time, ie. fixed in hrev16743.

This is probably just how Magnify behaves noramlly. Under R5 you don't notice the resize as it is set to B_OUTLINE_RESIZE that is not implemented in Haiku yet.
