[Terminal] midnight commander is drawn wrong

Description

I connected to my freebsd 6.2 via ssh to try out how Terminal could handle mc with koi8-r charset. See screenshot.

Does that only happen with KOI-8 or with 8859-1 as well?

BTW, there is no KOI-8 option in Text Encoding menu. With 8859-1 it looks different but still wrong.

term_mc_utf8.png is from linux Freebsd locale is set to ru_RU.KOI8-R

Yeah, I was just too lazy to type out -R :) I was just trying to determine if it could be related to the unimplemented glibc widechar support.

We don't support the graphical char set. There was another ticket reporting this problem, I just can't find it. If anyone does, please close one as duplicate.

I suspect the other issue you're referring to is #2673
