Height of views change when adding/removing view

When you add a view to ActivityMonitor, the height

of the second view shrinks 1 pixel.

When you add another view, the height

of the first view shrinks 1 pixel,
of the second view grows 1 pixel,
of the third view shrinks 1 pixel.

When you delete the two added views, the height

of the first view grows 1 pixel.

When you add an extra row to the legend, things get really interesting:
When you add a view to ActivityMonitor, the height

of the first view grows 6 pixels,
of the second view grows 5 pixels,

When you delete the added view, the height

of the second view grows 1 pixel.

Doing this a couple of times enlarges the window noticeably. See 'ActivityMonitor (2 row legend).png'.
