Firefox crash if i open ftp url

I use R28283. If i try to open ​ftp://beos.hu in the Firefox that included in the pre-alpha, it give PANIC. I can't continue my work, because it goes back to KDL.

Tried the link with Firefox 2.0.0.17 from Haiku R28327. No problems here.

Could you type "bt" in KDL for a backtrace?

I tested again. Opening this URL is not enough. The page opened correctly, but after when i open the "beos" directory the Firefox will crash.

it works here on hrev28339 real hardware. miqlas, can you confirm the problem on a recent revision? We can't go further if you don't test with a recent rev, we can't debug a bug that has been fixed ;-)

Please retest with the latest revision you can get, and update this ticket. Don't forget to post a backtrace if it's still there! (and some info on your hw or vm)

I tested it in 28350 with 2.0.0.12, and i get hardlock. I cant get the "bt" log, bcause i don't get KDL.

The previous revision have problem with the moz-thread, if i remember correctly...

What network card do you use?

Maybe it's a 2.0.0.12 issue. Try to update to FF 2.0.0.17 please.

I have 3com 905TX card. I updated the Firefox, and i don't have problem with this. Thank You. You can close this ticket.
