CDPlayer: Automatic window resizing on CD insert

Description
This is hrev28814.
Long artist/album/title names are cut off.
How about checking for the longest artist/album/title when a CD is inserted and resize CDPlayer's window accordingly. Note: Don't resize for every song individually or the window keeps getting resized with every track. Which would be annoying...
Also, have the window horizontally resizable so a user can override the initial resizing.
