VirtualMemory preflet should explain if not enough disk space is free

Description
On a computer where there is more RAM than free disk space, open VirtualMemory preflet, enable VirtualMemory, close preflet, open preflet. Virtual memory is disabled once again, because there is not enough free disk space.
The preflet should open a warning dialog box; or gray out the enable checkbox and add an explanation above it that not enough disk space is free.

Nope, there is no real lower limit anymore.
