Fullscreen terminal doesn't cover the bottom of screen

Description

Open Terminal. Alt-Tab for a new tab. Alt-Enter for full screen. Ctrl-D to close the tab.

You now see that a strip on the bottom isn't covered by Terminal, you see the Desktop.
