[PackageInstaller] should disable Install button if pkg is corrupted/unknown

Description

If you've mount VirtualBox additions as a CD there will be a file "VBoxSolarisAdditions.pkg". If you double click it PackageInstaller will complain that it is not a valid package, but will give you a chance to install with "Install" button enabled. Clicking it will crash PackageInstaller.

Should be fixed with hrev29159. It now exits.
