App/Demo Pulse : incorect mode restoration from Deskbar

Description

Minor issue with Pulse

Start Pulse and set it to Deskbar Mode. Right click and select "Mini Mode". Normal Mode is restored, instead of Mini Mode.

Note, selecting "Normal Mode" while in Deskbar mode works as expected.
