Description
Here are two "standard" keymaps for Bulgarian language. I've got them from old BeOS localization package. It will be nice to be included in the standard Haiku installation.

Are you aware keymaps have a source and binary form ? I urge you to have a look at existing keymaps in our repository and provide the required .keymap files. Thanks

Applied the source file in hrev36022. What about the BDS variant? Please reopen if the ticket isn't indeed fixed yet. Thanks for the patch!

@cssvb94 Can you contact me at scottmc2 @ gmail.com we have a GCI student who would like to do some Bulgarian translation tasks but we need a mentor to check their work. Would you be interested? -scottmc
What's preventing that patch to be applied? I've tested it and it works. Phonetic keymap is widely used, even more than BDS. There is actually great advantage having it applied. It has been reported 14 months ago, but still sits as new without any complains against it. Best regards.
