VLC 0.8.6d fixes lots of errors and problems

It would be nice to ship the newest BeOS version of VLC within Haikus Pre-Alpha Images. Version 0.8.6d + a good guide howto compile a new version can be found here: ​http://gaelstar.com/beos/

It supports more codecs and fixes some old codec implementations like OGG Theora and H.264. Also Audio files play much smoother.

We need to get all of these compiled and working first, otherwise the building in extra/contrib will get you nowhere fast on haiku, then I suspect you can remove them from the Makefile in extra/contric/src and go from there.
