Description
As was discussed on irc a few days ago, it'd be nice to have a tool that would convert BeIDE project files into Jamfiles.

Paladin can import .proj files and export to makefiles. Since Paladin has now been added to HaikuDepot we can close this one out.

Such converstion tool for makefiles was written during GCI2011 and available in 3rdparty folder from hrev43668. Is it enough to close this ticket?
