Keymap preferences should save selected keyboard layout.

Description
1 - Open Keymap Preferences. 2 - Switch to a keyboard layout different from the default one. 3 - Close Keymap and re-open it. 4 - Keyboard layout reset to the default.
I would expect it to stick to the user selection as that is probably the layout the user has.

No, it isn't.
This is not about the keymap, but the layout, which you can select in the second menu. It will always default to "generic 105 key international" when you start the app, which is a bit annoying if that's not the keyboard you use.

Fixed for real this time in hrev50491
It was attempting to save the keyboard layout before, but not correctly.
