Description
The "Restart t..." button just doesn't seem to look right. For new users how are they to know that "Restart t..." is there to "Restart the Desktop". Perhaps make the button slightly wider and change the text to "Restart Desktop"?

That's a problem that only happens sometimes, and I think it's a problem with the layout engine.
