Description
Installer allows you to install from a non-boot device onto the boot device with the caveat that it will need to reboot when finished. However, at the end of the install the user is presented with an unreadable dialog box, with short almost unclickalbe buttons. System seems to work ok after the reboot though.

Installer does not allow doing this anymore.

Perhaps the easy fix for this one would be to just not allow Installer to install to the drive that is the one that is currently /boot
