KeymapSwitcher hotkey needs one reboot after installation for it to work

Description
1) Run KeymapSwitcher
2) Add a second language
3) Set desired hotkey and Save to close
4) Switching keymap by clicking on the Deskbar replicant or through the Deskbar replicant popup menu works
5) Switching keymap using the hotkey does not work
6) Reboot
7) Switching keymap using the hotkey now works
I chose the General component for this bug, but feel free to change it.

...so I suppose this ticket can be closed.
Of course, I'll take care of those bugs (this one and #4275) as soon as KeymapSwitcher optional package will be uploaded at haiku-files.org ;-)
