[Scroll Bar] pref app Knob Size indicator not reset

Description
In the Scroll Bar pref app click on the green arrow and adjust the Minimum Knob Size to a new size. Now click on Revert; the Minimum Knob Size indicator (green arrow) is not reset back to it's original position.
The Default button causes the same effect.
Observed with rev17021 HD image running on VMWare on XP.

Axel fixed this in hrev17199 by removing the ScrollBar preferences application.
