Please remove duplicate prefix. apps-activitymonitor.html already in application subfolder

This has historic reasons. Before the whole extent of the documentation became apparent, I planned to have all pages in one folder. Later, I opted for additional subfolders.
I agree, now the "apps-" prefix isn't useful anymore. If nobody disagrees, I'll rename those soon, as this is something that would simplify the URL visible in a browser.
I don't see the issue with the images, though, and won't touch those if I don't have to.

Renamed all apps-/prefs-/desktop-applets- html files with hrev32759.
