Description
Team Monitor doesn't show "Restart Desktop" button if tracker/deskbar is gone. This is quite a handy feature if you don't have terminal running.

Fixed but not tested much (ie can't be tested on linux builds, because of the launch by signature). And even on BeOS builds, there seems to be problems launching Tracker/Deskbar.

I think we could close this bug now, as it works ok on real hardware and in vmware with linux image.

Seems the registrar is rather unstable these days, so it could happen you could not relaunch deskbar/tracker ...
