Description
There are a lot of people signing up for a Trac account to create a ticket, but due to their failure to notice the need of email verification, this ends in mystery for them.
At the time that alpha one is released, there will be a large influx of people signing up for a Trac account, dealing with this will create a increase the workload at that important time.
That is why I have proposed that a info box (much like the one in the haiku user guide) be created at the top of the main wiki page(at the Logging in area) temporarily for the first few weeks after alpha one has been released so that this information is more prominent.
