Actually this is not a messaging problem, sorry. It's a function not yet implemented in BTextControl/_BTextInput_.

Please do not open a bug report for every non-working drag and drop action. Drag and drop is broken at its base. It is not a problem of individual applications or controls. It's a messaging related issue that already has an open bugreport.
