Description
I have an old cd-burner that won't burn cd's when DMA is turned on for this device.
Under BeOS I could selectively disable/enable DMA for specific devices with the ata
and atapi
files located in ~/config/settings/kernel/drivers
(see this tip).
It would be nice if I could do the same in Haiku, so that DMA would be disabled for the cd-burner but enabled for the harddisks.
