[patch] Add "Source Code" field to copy right entries

Description
This is an attempt to implement listing Source Code links, as per this mailing list suggestion
It reads in or more "SourceURL" fields and display as a comma-separated list. However the email address field like syntax is not implemented. e.g. for subversion:
SourceURL: HaikuPorts Log <http://ports.haiku-files.org/wiki/dev-util/subversion/1.6.2/1>
The incomplete patch & screen shot are attached.

Normally [patch] is added to the Summary. Since this is an incomplete patch, I had some reservations on using it.

As seen in the screen shot, the patch is missing the ability to embed the URL into the leading text. eg, "Download" and "Instructions".

Yep, that's why I've ignored the patch so far. I was kind of hoping for an solution for that, too. :-) Will implement that now.
