Twitcher should expand to show full window title

Description
It is quite difficult to select the right Tracker window with Twitcher, when you have a lot of Tracker windows open and Show Folder Location in Title Bar is enabled.
It would be nice if Twitcher would expand itself to show the full window title when there's enough screen space to do so.

The Twitcher could use a facelift and usability rework anyway.

Moving Deskbar enhancement tickets out of R1 milestone -- Tracker's source code comes from BeOS R5, so it already has all the features it did on R5.
