Since the mbox2mail and mail2mbox command line utils were recently modified, their Usage info has become incorrect. Specifically...
bemailtombox InputDirectory >OutputFile
...should be:
mail2mbox InputDirectory >OutputFile
And...
mboxtobemail [-s] InputFile [OutputDirectory]
...should be:
mbox2mail [-s] InputFile [OutputDirectory]
