HD LED doesn't go off with ATA stack

Description
I am not sure when exactly this happened, but since I upgraded Haiku after my vacation, the HD LED never goes off anymore. The problem goes away if I switch to the old IDE stack - the machine is SATA only , though (Lenovo T60). Interesting part of syslog attached.
