[Expander] Don't redraw controls correctly when resized

Description

How to reproduce:

1) In Expander open some archive. 2) Click on 'Show Contents' checkbox. 3) Resize window.

Note that 'Show Contents' checkbox is blinking while you resize the window. With a bit of luck and patience you can catch the moment when this checkbox isn't drawn and there are some other drawing artifacts present. Better chance when window resized quickly to almost fullscreen size and when there are many files in archive (more text data in Contents view)
