[BePDF] Document window visible on all workspaces

Description
Switching to fullscreen mode and then back to window mode makes program window visible on all workspaces.
If you switch to fullscreen mode again then window again becames visible only on one workspace. Switching back to window mode again makes it visible on all workspaces.
Expected behaviour: In all modes document window always visible only on one workspace.
