[patch] Update default app & symlink icons

Description

This patch updates src/data/beos_mime/application/x-vnd.be-elfexecutable and src/data/beos_mime/application/x-vnd.be-symlink to use the App_Generic_4 and File_Broken_Link_2 HVIF icons. These icons use Green, Yellow, Orange instead of the Blue, Yellow, Red.

Originally, to move away from the colors that were used in BeOS, in favor of something more Haiku oriented. But meh, we can close this.
