Description
This is hrev33939.
It appears having become common practice to mark menu items that toggle a state with a checkmark, using the positive setting as the menu item label.
See "Show Replicants" in the Deskbar or "Show Window Border" in LaunchPad or Workspaces.
This contradicts what's currently in HIG Chapter 9-2. Only the last example on that page would remain as is.
If everyone agrees, I can change the HIG text accordingly. The code changes, however, have to be done by a programmer.
If it's decided to be done, should we track the apps to be modified here in one ticket or file one for each app?
This ticket was triggered when I noticed Magnify using Show/Hide and Freeze/Unfreeze menu items.

The HIG has been adjusted as well.
+1 to toggle-items with a checkmark from me.
Maybe it's time we sort this out...
