Building of cvs fails on recent builds of Haiku

Here's the current output from running make on cvs-1.12.13, might this be related to the recent libbind changes?

Looks like you need to run configure again. Since all your problems are "redefined" problems, it definitely looks like a build problem that has little to do with Haiku.

Please reopen if there is more to it.
