[Terminal] User can "scroll up" main view out of sight

Description
Place mouse cursor one-two pixels above the lower border of terminal window and do mouse scrolling (with middle mouse scroll button). Main view will be shifted up/down inside the window. Scroll view at the right side stays unaffected.
