[Tracker] Duplicates in Copy To / Move To / Create Link menus

Description

How to reproduce:

  1. Open some folder with files in Tracker
  2. Select some file(s) and right-click on them and summon pop up menu.

Note how many items are in Copy To / Move To / Create Link sub menus.

  1. While file(s) still selected open File menu.

Note that Copy To / Move To / Create Link sub menus are now full of duplicates.
